三、个人简介
陈俊江:56岁,旺旺集团研发中心总处长。陈先生毕业于台湾中兴大学食品科学系、大叶大学食品工程研究所,分别于1992年和1994年获得学士和硕士学位。1996年加入集团研发,专注研发二十余年,组织开发百余种新产品和申请多项发明专利。陈先生任集团技术中心副主任,该中心已被评为上海市市级企业技术中心。陈先生亦为中国食品工业协会马铃薯食品专业委员会理事、中国食品科学技术学会儿童食品分会委员。
Mr. Chen, Jun-Jiang:aged 56, Master of Food Science, is the GD of R&D department. In 1996, Mr. Chen joined the Research & Development team that only had around 10 food researchers in Want-Want group. Mr. Chen focuses on the development for over twenty years with solid professional background, he organized developments of more than one hundred kinds of new products and apply for more than ten patents. He has excellent R&D management experience, establish and perfect the management system of product life cycle (PLM). He also created analysis researching and continuously improve detection ability, establish and improve the risk assessment, carry out the sensory evaluation and consumer survey. Mr. Chen is the vice director of our technology center, which is certified as Shanghai Municipal Enterprise Technology Center, the director of Potato Food Professional Committee of China National Food Industry Association, and commissioner of Child Food Society of the Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology.

1. 食品工程技术,侧重在食品全品类技术创新领域,涵盖品项:乳饮料、咖啡、酒品、果冻、茶饮、烘焙、糖果、米果、坚果、冷链产品等;
2. 内容涉及:各品类(乳饮料、咖啡、酒品、果冻、茶饮、烘焙、糖果、米果、坚果、冷链产品等)的产品介绍,包括所用原料的特点说明,产品工艺,并聚焦产品技术创新点等。
