讲座人简介：Dr. José Aguilar-Manjarrez is Aquaculture Officer--Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) ，A Mexican national, with an education in oceanography, has over 19 years full-time work at FAO. Dr Aguilar has been working on field projects across the globe in the field of spatial planning and his technical focus is on inland, coastal and marine aquaculture zoning, site selection and area management. He has coordinated and authored a number of FAO publications, as well as papers in peer-reviewed journals. He has a Ph.D. in Aquaculture planning and a M.Sc. in Aquaculture both from the University of Stirling in the United Kingdom. He is the FAO focal point for two new EU funded projects entitled “Ecosystem Approach to Making Space for Aquaculture”, and “Marine Investment for the Blue Economy”.
