简历

      孙诤,男,1983年出生。香港大学生物工程博士,上海海洋大学“水产种质资源发掘与利用教育部重点实验室”研究员,同时担任北京大学“食品与生物资源工程研究所”兼职研究员、上海市科委专家库成员、国家自然科学基金委评议人。研究方向包括:1)基于微藻的生物炼制技术,2)微藻类胡萝卜素与油脂的合成调控。迄今在农业、食品、应用微生物领域的SCI期刊上发表论文二十余篇,探讨了多生境藻种的筛选,鉴定及基础生物学研究(Algal Res., IF: 3.745)、利用厨余垃圾作为营养源的微藻异养模式(Green Chem., IF: 8.586)、微藻油脂耦合高附加值化合物的生产(Bioresource Technol., IF: 5.807)、藻源类胡萝卜素抑制美拉德反应的生物活性(Food Chem., IF: 4.946)等。参与编写Handbook of Biofuels’ Production (第二版) 等权威英文专著3部,并以第一发明人获得国家发明专利授权1项、实用新型3项。2013-17年先后入选上海海洋大学 “海燕学者”、上海市“晨光计划”、“浦江人才”、“青年东方学者”,国家海洋局“海洋领域优秀科技青年”。
