研究成果:

1. 首次克隆证实虹鳟卵细胞成熟关键酶20beta-羟基类固醇脱氢酶(Oncorhychus mykiss(Guan et al., BBRC 1999; PNAS 2000)

2. 首次克隆报道DM相关因子Dmrt1和Dmo为鱼类雌雄发育关联因子。(Guan et al., BBRC 2000)

 

3. 首先运用同源重组基因靶换法在青将胚干细胞(ES)分离nanos3缺失细胞株。

4. 首次成功应用锌指核酶直接基因敲除和基因靶换法成功地获得gsdf(性腺体细胞发生诱导因子)缺失青鳉成鱼个体。
